Drop –In Healing Circles
The Best Teacher is Experience!
Having an energy healing session is an experience that is very difficult to explain. So much of what you move through happens beyond the physical body – the shifts and movements are often felt more on an energetic or emotional level this makes explaining the experience that much more difficult because the shifts are so subtle and cannot be described on a physical level.
How do they work? We start the session with anyone who has arrived at the beginning and each person present takes a turn on the table receiving an energy treatment – you can use this to move through emotional issues, physical issues or just to experience the energy. Whatever you decide is perfect. The remaining participants facilitate the healing by any method they feel comfortable with either the laying on of hands, oracle cards messages from their body, whatever comes to them as a message for the person on the table is honoured. (People often ask if they can attend half way through – generally I don’t find this works as well because the energy is established at the beginning of the session and it is important to keep it vibrating as a whole group so coming and going randomly does not help to sustain the energy)
The drop-in healing circles have two basic intentions behind them – I provide them so that people who want an energy healing without the long session commitment can have the experience for a nominal fee and decide whether or not that is an avenue they would like to explore.
Secondly and most important in my point of view is that when you facilitate someone else’s healing you gain an incredible amount of self realization and understanding through being “of service” you start to listen to your intuition and your body for the subtle yet powerful clues that sitting in the universal energy provides. Everyone EVERONE has the ability to help others move through their pain and when we start to listen to the messages our body and thoughts send us we see that we too can pick up on subtle clues and information for that person.
No previous healing experience is needed to participate in this circle – come and experience an entirely unique way to move through pain and trauma and gain valuable insight into how your own intuition works!
